Welcome to my web page. My name is Pat Thompson. I teach second grade at James Knoll Elementary School. I live 9 miles northeast of Ortonville. I am married to Greg Thompson. Greg is the service manager at Pepsi in Ortonville. We have two children, Nathan and Natasha. Nathan our oldest graduated from high school in June and will be attending Minnesota State University at Mankato this fall. He is majoring in civil engineering. Natasha will be a freshman in high school.

When I'm not teaching I like to do crafts, read, cook, take walks, go bike riding and visit with friends.

My classroom is always open to you. Any concerns and questions you have throughout the year please come in and talk to me. Your child's education is very important to me and I want them to have the best year possible. I know if we work together this will be a reality.
